Anthrax, Testament, Lamb of God, more to join final shows this summer
After teasing a farewell tour for some time now, Slayer have confirmed in an Instagram post, earlier this week, that they are throwing in the towel. After 37 years as a band, the metal legends are embarking on “one last concert tour around the globe to thank their fans for all the support over the years.” The final run of shows kicks off May 10 with a concert at the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California. The itinerary includes dates throughout Canada, as well as concerts in Charlotte, Dallas, Cleveland, Orlando and more. Find all the dates below. Lamb of God, Anthrax, Behemoth, and Testament are also set to join the final tour. Slayer’s most recent studio album Repentless was released in 2015.
